- We participate with BlueCross Blue Shield, Athens Area Health Plan Select, Delta Dental, Met Life, Ameritas & CIGNA.
- It is the patient's responsibility to bring all insurance information to the office at consult visit.
- BlueCross Blue Shield HMO patients must have a PCP referral for any procedures other than wisdom teeth removal.
